LTE Lite evaluation board

For evaluation of the Jackson Labs LTE Lite module, mounted on a header (for easy re-use). Buffers signals, allow selection of output (GPS / CPU) to USB, has support for external antenna. I also designed a cover for the module as the manufacturer recommends excluding drafts as the TCXO on board is very sensitive to temperature changes. With the cover it will perform at about 1E-10.
