Good value but a little disappointed. This is one of the those times where you get what you pay for. The price for these custom machined items was by far the best, but that came at the cost of a few mistakes along the way. Customer service promptly addressed some of the issues though. Pros: * Very well priced. * Prompt Customer Service. * Items packaged well. * On this simpler item the machining was very good. No chattering and a nice surface finish. Cons: * Threaded Inserts were called out on order form and drawing and were not installed. * Text engraving in the PDF drawing and CAD model was missing on delivered items. * Items got delayed and didn't ship by the original ship by day, producing issues for me.
