A simple piano keyboard built from a mechanical keyboard layout. This started as a Atmega USB keyboard design, but since those parts are hard to get hold of, the project uses the Microchip SamD21 which is a pretty useful chip. PCBWay handled both the PCB and SMD assembly to make things nice and easy - and the boards came back in perfect condition. As a first experience of KiCAD and exporting files for manufacture, this couldn't have been easier.
