My overall experience is great! It started with the communication from the time I submitted the project. From that time, an agent was in touch with me the whole process, until it was delivered. The agent was very easy to communicate. She asked me few good clarification questions to make sure that we are all on the same page. Even during the preparation, I always got questions, for example about a part that needs to be replace with a new one because what I asked was out of stock. During the process I was always felt that I'm in good hand and a team of professionals are working with me and care about my success. The final product arrive fast and with high quality.
