OpenTTP version 2: Power supply

Excellent work by PCBWay as always. For this board I had to over design it significantly because of component shortages. A much more compact design is possible (using probably less than half the board area) for the same outputs but the semiconductors that are hand solderable (important for this project) and suitable are simply not available. At least the board works fine.
