OpenTTPv2 Signals board

Signals board for OpenTTP version 2 (see www.openttp.org). Houses GPSDO (LTE Lite) and GPS Rx (ublox RCB-F9T) and generates / buffers signals to and from IO and Raspberry Pi 4B.
