P4F70v2.1 assembly

Quite a reasonnable price, even it could be easy to find somme components at a lower price in Asia... Some delay as PCBWay ask some times for confirmation during assembly, by the way: I prefer to wait some days and get working PCBs than to get quickly a non workin PCBs... Thank's to Bella about that.
