Percolator Pump

Over all the part looks awesome. I had to so some quick post processing on my end but the looked exactly like what i had made in CAD. The reason why I haven't given 5/5 stars is because of your CAD/print viewing software. Initially I thought I sent a corrupted file because your CAD viewer shows a low poly example of the print to be processed. o do not recall id there was a disclaimer that the 3D viewer model didn't represent the CAD submitted but that would be helpful OR improving the CAD viewer over time. Other wise, - Customer service is great - The update process on the 3D print is great - Shipping from China was outstand and fast and the packaging was what I expected from a company that focuses on prototype manufacturing - The part that had me really worried was if the CAD displayed in the previewer was true as to what I'd get as the final print. That anxiety played on me from weeks after i noticed the choppiness of the previewer after I paid for the print. hope this is helpful and i will be doing business again!
