Phono Amp

This is a father-son design project: a high fidelity, low noise, medium power amplifier for a phonograph. The PCB that PCBWay delivered exceeded all expectations for a fast turn-around, 4-layer board. The overall build quality is excellent. I was particularly impressed by the drill/pad registration accuracy and the consistency of the soldermask application. Dimensions, layup, and layer/layer registration are exactly as advertised. The board performed well without any crazing or delamination during aggressive IR reflow. For the price, the quality is amazing.
