Pi5 portable clock breakout board

The quality is very good, as always! Descript_ion: This breakout board has two PPS inputs with signal conditioning followed by amplifiers providing two outputs for each input. The PPS signals are also made available to the Pi for time synchronisation. It breaks out 5 UARTS, two at RS232 levels and three at 3V3 TTL levels. It also has a power input with a ZVD circuit for powering the Pi through the header pins. Revision 1 fixed a mistake I made on the Revision 0 board (swapped pins on TTL UART buffers).
