2 out of 5 PCBs did not have a gloss finish and 3 out of 5 PCBs had smeared silk screen logos & text. (Please see picture below: the top two PCBs have a gloss finish, but have a smeared silkscreen. The bottom PCB has a good silkscreen, but does not have a gloss finish.)
