Proto board

Got these boards in the expected (quick) time frame and they are of good quality, as expceted. I have now used the first of these boards and it has worked out well. The advantage of these boards over "standard" strip board is that the boards are 2 sided with plated through holes so components can be mounted on either side. With standard proto boards and non-plated through holes componenets can mostly only go on one side. This is inflexible. Since making 2-sided boards is so cheap with PCBWay these proto strip boards are cheaper than standard boards and way better. Cutting the strips to make isolated "islands" is still easy to do with a drill bit that you manually turn with the tip in a hole on the board. Overall an amazing upgrade from a standard strip board *and* cheaper too!
