Prototype Test Instrument

PCBWay have just completed three board designs all of which were designed with DesignSpark PCB and needed zero adjustments / corrections for PCBWAy to manufacture. Two of the boards were normal style with track work for through hole and SMT style of components. The HASL finish is fine for hand assembling these prototype designs. The third board was a front panel and used black solder resist and white text/artwork to produce a very professional looking item. The high precision of the manufacturing means the various sockets, switches and display bezels all fitted perfectly. The price of a front panel produced this way is a small fraction of paying for a machined aluminium item. The next iteration of the front panel will have some trackwork for LEDS and a few other items on the rear face which will save assembly time and cost. This must be the sixth or seventh time I have used PCBWay and without fail the service, price and quality has always been 100%. I cannot think of a reason to go elsewhere. Thank you.
