STM32 sidecar interface

This is multi use interface for a TI99/4A computer, using a stm32f407vet6/vgt6i for the workhorse for file storage and extended memory. It allows use of the TI99 in tight environments where space is limited if neeed be and allows the use of disk images and files from an sd card on the stm32f407vet6/vgt6
