Stand-alone DCC throttle (model railways)

The PCB was exactly as expected, and worked well. This project is a simple standalone DCC throttle for testing and driving DCC-fitted model railway locomotives. It produces fully compliant DCC packets for setting speed and direction (no bells and whistles!).
