Testing peripherals 485,232,Uart,Wiegand,Rellay,GPIOs

Board based on BluePill stm32 HW. Idea behind is to have via USB virtualized ports (of HW peripherals) witch can be acessed and some shell in behind on which you can start test seqence on these peripherals.
