WiFi Hub Communications Board

Board receives messages on a private WiFi network from a group of machines that are relayed to a PC over a USB serial port. The boards were made well like usual. So far, all that have been assembled are working fine. This was a repeat order so it did not require a stencil for this order. Stencil from the first order works on this revision too.
