XV10 cabin air filter cover

The item's surface finish and overall finish is very good quality. Overall tolerances seem good and this part fit just like the original on the first try. The material (PA12-GF35) seems strong enough for the task, even though there are thin areas under stress. However, the item was noticeably warped. For my purpose, it was not a problem, because the part was small enough to just bend into shape and attach to the assembly. If you require parts not warped, then the design needs to be iterated, or choose a different material.
