eZ Navi-Delete v2.0a

I have been refining this board design for a few years and this is the first version where I moved the design from a 2-layer to a 4-layer stackup. The boards came out looking great! Soldermask and silkscreen are excellent. I included some test in the bottom copper layer that I was afraid might not come out well due to its size, but it too is excellent!
