This was my first attempt at designing my own pcbs, from scratch. I used KiCAD and tried my best to keep to larger spacing, track width, hole diameter, etc., so as to allow for looser tolerances in manufacture, however, the PCBs I received were very precise, meaning, I am now confident that my future designs can utilise much closer spacing, and I can focus on being more space efficient. I would also point out that I was completely unaware of the production file configuration that PCBWAY desired, ultimately providing some files that were far from how PCBWAYs guide (which I have since found and read) suggested they be generated - so I assume that whoever reviewed my files had to go to the extra effort of converting /interpreting my work for me, which I'm very grateful for. I'll definitely be using PCBWAY again, when I inevitably revise my design(s).
