Fast production, shipping and delivery. My parcel was well packaged. PCBs are good, additional components works fine, no issues was found. I asked for components to be shipped with PCBs, so the shipping took a few days longer, although convenience to receive all the stuff in a single package was more important for me. I wish they have Nova Poshta International shipping method available, which is relatively fast and cheap here in Ukraine - DHL is way to expensive to get several prototype boards. Honestly, it is the first time I ordered PCBs online and there is nothing i can compare with. So far i'm very happy with manufacturing service and support.
