PWM Motor Regulator 220V 2.5Kw
When the power supply voltage is turned on, if the motor does not rotate at all or rotates weakly, or Vice versa, rotates very quickly, change the position of the engine tuning resistor R8, achieving an acceptable minimum speed (300 – 500 rpm). After that, you need to slow down the shaft, for example, with your hand (preferably with a glove, so as not to damage the skin). If the motor stops easily and the voltage measured by the tester does not increase, you need to increase R10, while the speed of rotation will decrease, and it must be restored to its original value by changing R8. If when braking the shaft rotation speed, on the contrary, starts to increase, and the voltage measured by the tester, also increases sharply, it is necessary to reduce the value of R10, which will lead to an increase in speed, and it again needs to be adjusted by changing the value of R8. So, by successive approximations achieve such values the minimum speed at which the shaft will substantially resist the braking and the voltage measured by the tester, while braking will also increase (up to the supply voltage during maximum braking). After that, check whether the speed increases at medium and maximum speeds (up to about 2000 rpm) when the shaft is decelerated. When it is increased (over-regulation), it is necessary to correct (reduce) the value of the resistor R10 and adjust R8 accordingly.
