Is it possible to fill a standard 10 * 10cm module with a board from this project? So that there are 4 such boards on a standard 10 * 10cm module. How to do it and how much will it cost?

Um... well, strictly speaking, one design per panel but; if you make a 10X10 board with multiple designs on it and some NPTH milled for breakaways, they don't seem to care (just another PCB).

You can panelize your PCB. Just choose "panelize by PCBWay" when you upload the Gerber File. Works great!

I think you are asking about Panels? It is possible to order small designs as panels, then multiple PCBs are produced as one PCB, with gaps in between, and connected by "mouse bites" - tabs with pre-drilled holes to break the panel apart into its individual PCBs. It is a standard feature for PCBWay. Just upload your Gerber files, and choose "Panel by PCBWay". Then input the "shape" in the text box, e.g. 2x2 or 2x3. Then you can fill out the rest of the form and get a quote. Your panel will arrive joined together and you can break it apart into the individual PCBs. It is easy to do.

It is not possible. If you have two different PCBs, even if they stack together, they have to be manufactured separately. The boards are cut to your desired size. However, even if the board is smaller than 100x100 mm, the price remains the same.
