I'm making a motor driver board with 4 x BTS7960B motor drivers. I want to put them quite close together and dissipate the heat through some thermal vias and into a heat sink on the opposite side of the PCB, the problem with this is that the pads on these chips is the motor output, so I have to isolate the heatsink electrically to avoid shorting them but still get good thermal contact. Do you have a good method?
