I have a Nixie watch that has stopped working properly. The supplier in China has suggested the following. I cant send it back to China for repair due to inward Customs and Excise stopping this type of device. Will you be able to help?
You need to heat the bottom glass to 70C degree using a heat gun. Then use a double side tape to remove the bottom glass. Then remove the four screws near the PCB , using soldering skill to take off the Nixie tube board then you will need to replace an ic chip on the Mshape pcb, we can buy the chip from website :RX8900CE or SD8804 , both can work
