Let me know HIDDEN CIRCUIT ideas?

Andrew asked Aug 20,2020

I'm thinking of making a secret door / hidden room kinda thing ( or something like that). I'd like to collect some ideas first for further learning.

So now I'd like some advice on what kind of sensor or other hardware would be good for some hidden activation switch. Like the classic chess board magnets, maybe something like a magnet sensor ? Or some other creative way to activate the system.

Please let me know what you guys think!

A hidden structure of indoor decoration circuit includes a cable storage box, a wire passing hole and a side wing mounting block. The upper end and the lower end of the cable storage box are provided with two wire passing holes through. The two wire through holes are symmetrically distributed about the middle longitudinal axis of the cable storage box. Two side wing mounting blocks are fixed on both sides of the cable storage box The transverse axis of the middle part of the cable storage box is axially symmetrical, the middle of the front and rear sides of the four side wing mounting blocks are penetrated and opened with threaded holes, one side of the four threaded holes is provided with a fixing screw, the outer diameter of the four fixing screws is equal to the inner diameter of the corresponding threaded hole, the four fixing screws are threaded connected with the corresponding threaded holes, and the upper end face of the cable storage box is provided with a first The first strip groove is provided with a pressing plate, the groove walls on both sides of the first strip groove are provided with a number of second strip grooves, a number of the second strip grooves are equidistantly distributed with respect to the wall of the first strip groove, and two rows of several second strip grooves are symmetrically distributed with respect to the longitudinal axis in the middle of the first strip groove

Heh. Voice control would be awesome, if maybe a bit hard to implement. But then there's good old fashioned infra-red. You can have a sensor with just a pinhole aperture. Just shine a light or a pulse of light onto that. Very light on actually getting done. You could have a capacitive-based detection scheme. Same technology as a touchscreen, but it would work off detecting your entire hand placed on the other side of something. And if all else fails, reed switches can be tripped with very little work and can detect even fine magnetic activity, if up-close.

    Thank you, good point!
