PCB Z-axis Milling

Dear all,


I would like to know what are PCBWay's capabilities for z-axis milling. 


I would like to mill a small pocket (5x1.5mm) into a 1mm thick PCB. The depth should be 380um.


  • Is this possible?

  • What would be the specification on the milling depth (example: 380+-10um)?

  • How should I show the milled socket in the Gerber file?
