Questions about new PCB build

Hi,

I recently placed an order (#G1243392) that we just received yesterday. Everything looks good and delivery was early. Thank you. We are still prototyping and will submit a similar board design that has some modifications/improvements soon. I do have some questions before submitting this new board:

• Can you do 1/2 oz. copper on a flex PCB (minimum trace width)?
• As a standard practice, do you apply adhesive between the edge of the stiffener and the flex PCB? If not, can you apply a silicone-based adhesive and what adhesive would you use?
• What would be the timeline for building and assembling with parts for a PCB (we can ship parts to you if needed)?
• We'd like to place a hole in a stiffener behind a component. Will that present a problem?
