Recommendation for SK6812 or WS2812B 3535 components

I have a PCB I would like to be fully assembled by PCBWay that includes a matrix of 25x 3535 RGB LEDs. I have read the SK6812 mini LEDs can be very sensitive to soldering temperatures and may fail. https://www.pcbway.com/project/share/Joystick_pcb_assembly.html

Can you recommend a manufacturer of 3535 size LEDs to use for this project to ensure success? (WS2812B mini or SK6812 mini? A specific manufacturer would be good).

Do you have any other advice for ensuring a good result with these size of LED chips?

Many thanks!

Dom

Hey Dom you could go with the WS2812B 3535 Package because I am familiar with their soldering by Hand and so I strictly suggest you to use them because they can be soldered with pcbway's hot sir soldering machines too.

I'm not really familiar with those LEDs so I can not suggest a proper replacement. However, you can go to Mouser, DigiKey, or some other retailer and search for available devices. Now, from my experience, I have never had any trouble with LEDs after soldering. Mind you, so far,I have only soldered components by hand.
