Through hole components on IMS PCB

Hello, 

I need to make a single-layer IMS PCB due to the high temperature operating temperature of my design.

I need to connect some wires or connectors from the bottom side of the IMS PCB.

Is this possible to have some holes? if yes, can those holes be isolated with dielectric from aluminum? 

Or if I use double side metal core PCB, is this possible only around those holes I have copper and dielectric and the rest milled to have aluminum on the bottom side?

    This is possible. However, you have to make such a design in your preferred PCB design software package.
