There is one connection to ground that's supposedly not connected. I connected it to it's ground neighbors, and the top and bottom should be filled (though possible this wouldn't connect to the filled area). When I view it in the 3D viewer, things seem to be OK, but it still apparently wants a connection to this mystery point. Is there a way to fix this? Is it possibly a bug that I can ignore?

Are you using a copper ground fill? Could be a "floating island"

I think I understand what you mean by that, but it's connected to the grounds beside it with tracks, and those aren't floating.

The pads are connected to each other. One or more of the pads may be connected to a ground pour (can't tell without the fill being shown in the picture). The area that the ratnest connects to is another ground pour (I'm assuming). The reason it's showing as unconnected is those ground pours are separated. You will need to connect the ground planes. By viewing the pour, you'll be able to see where it's separated, and where you may be able to move a trace and connect it. It looks like you're routing traces on both sides, so it may be a case of moving a trace from front to back / back to front, for example.

Thanks Joson! It looks like the bottom set of grounds wasn't connected to the top or middle set. I wasn't exactly looking in the right place, but that's where it decided it wanted to connect!
