So im trying to retrofit an adaptive cruise radar into my Vw but i need a certain bracket that doesn't really exist to mount it on my car. There are some models that have a higher end Radar that is more expensive than the model im doing so its not well known. Im not sure how to go about designing this bracket but i have all the measurements and some example brackets and i need some help.
I have given two examples one is a VW sharan ACC radar mount which has its measurements. One is a Tesla model S radar mount and one is my slot where the mount would sit with its measurements. It also shows the screw design.
The blue rests inside the car and the black bolt goes through the bracket like on the sharan mount and gets screwed into the blue holder. Its 3 holders
