the last time l watched your video about the pcb catching fire or getting hot, l think the problem is because you placed the 18650 directly on the pcb board. when charging or discharging the pcb will be hot and the batteries as well, now the battery holders absorb and try to despenciate the heat transferred to it by both the pcb board and the 18650 cells but unfortunately that is not possible because plastic are poor conductor of heat.
if you rised the battery from the board and find a way to despence the heat conducted by both pcb and the 18650 cell itself, l think the heat problem will be reduced or elliminated.
