Silver plating is the most conductive material available. It has higher conductivity than copper. All other forms of plating have lower conductivities. Transmission lines and interfaces formed from copper offer excellent conductivity but do not offer protected solderable surfaces. You can design your RF circuit with copper traces covered in solder mask for low loss. It all depends on how much loss your circuit can tolerate.
