electrical actuator with resolver and angle resolver

I have some actuators from 24 to 400 DCV 3 phase with in line resolver and

angle resolver

what is the best way to test them record teh resolver funtion Sin CoSine to calbrate the motor and angle recording from 0-60 degree

is there a bard that can connect to PC and handle a electric actuator allowing to give me a record of funtion , maybe heath of the motor
