We are interested in the options for flex PCB metal finish.
Using the ENIG or Hard Gold options:
1) what is the thickness of gold that can be deposited?
2) Is it possible to achieve a 100um thickness of gold on a flex PCB?
3) What other materials are present in the two options: ENIG and Hard Gold? Is it possible to make the material pure gold?
