555 & 741 Tester

This tester can verify either a 555 Timer or a 741 Op-Amp is functioning by put them in an astable multivibrator circuit before using them in a circuit. This tester also provides split rail power (+v and -V) for testing an op amp circuit you are building on a breadboard.
