BlackMagicProbe compatible debug adapter

BMP-compatible adapter with standard JTAG20/SWD 2.54mm pitch connector. May be connected to 1.8V-5V targets. Also available 5V and 3.3V power delivery to target. May be populated with microUSB and USB-C connectors. This is first board revision, a couple of bugs persists in schematic
