I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional carbon fiber parts you produced for my quadcopter project. After struggling with my CNC mill (resulting in terrible surface finish and delamination), your parts are truly outstanding - indistinguishable from factory originals I was trying to reproduce. I apologize for the confusion about the file issues. I now understand the problem was on my side. My CAD software (DesignSpark Mechanical) was adding extra elements to the files. Once I isolated the specific part into its own file before exporting as STP, your visualizer displayed it perfectly and production went smoothly. Thank you for your patience during my repeated submissions. While the production time was a couple weeks, the quality was absolutely worth the wait. The surface finish, precision, and strength exceeded my expectations.
