Diesel Engine Flywheel Pulse Analyser

Convert a pulse received from a diesel engine Flywheel to a 2-4-6-8 stroke tachometer signal so my boss can use a standard racing shift-light device with his racing truck. Awesome result, extremely fast production and delivery.
