ESP8266 12F breakout for home IoT

This will be a breakout board for the ESP8266 12F MCU including 5V-3V downstep (which changed meanwhile), some digital in, one port for the DS18B20 (they can and will be connected parallel so one port is fine on the board), some digital outs, a reset and a boot mode jumper.
