JJY repeater for raspi3

In order to caliblate the radio wave clock in a building, make the transmitter to simulate clock calibration wave from ntp of nict. The boad designs as an extention GPIO board for raspi (3,4,5, zero w). The PCB made by PCBWay works very fine as I expected.
