Jet Casing

Originally the casings material was to be Acrylic, however there were issues with this during manufacturing as the part was cracking. My sales representative June quickly informed me of this issue and offered numerous solutions to overcome the challenge. We changed the material to PC and increased wall thickness in an attempt to provide the part with enough strength to withstand machining and this worked well. Being plastic there were concerns about deformation during shipping, however the PCBway team did a fantastic job in ensuring the part was well protected and as such the part arrived in perfect condition. Comparing the products physical dimensions against those provided in the technical drawing, I found that every dimension was within tolerance. This is exceptional considering the relatively tight tolerances for PA and with the possibility of deformation during transit makes this even more impressive. I am extremely satisfied with my experience PCBway.
