Line Follower robot carrier board

This is the carrier board for the S3P, it worked great, and looked amazing with the black soldermask and two layers. It went in a line follower, and has a 5V regulator, 9V regulator, a custom ESP32-S3 dev board, and motor outputs with the TB6612FNG.
