My first PCB after almost 40 years.

Fantastic. My first PCB, I created 40 years ago when I was young and electronic was my hobby. Now 40 years ago, almost retired, I discovered my hobby again. I created the design with KiCAD, which took me a few weeks to understand. Next step was to get it manufactured and since I was often in Asia and China for business, I had no real doubt but ... I sent the order with the default Gerber files from KiCAD on a Saturday evening and only 5 days later on Thursday I received the PCB boards by DHL here in Switzerland. Absolute perfect, exactly as my design with KiCAD. Board is double sided with text and some connections through the board. PCB board as rounded corners, all perfect. Boards are packed very well in a airtight plastic foil. I can really recommend the PCBWay service. It is super. By the way, some simple "off the shelve" components, like screw-connections, I ordered elsewhere in Europe and I still wait for delivery, should be next week! Thanks you PCBway !
