Osprey

The Osprey is a wireless ergonomic keyboard with built-in LiIon battery management, a USB-C port for charging, and a Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller with PCB antenna. All components were soldered on correctly, and the solder joins look great. Even the BGA nRF52840 works flawlessly on all boards. No complaints from my side.

  • Wow, your design is eye catching. Looks great. Did you use 4 layers PCB and ENIG surface finishing?

Hi! Sorry, only saw your question now. It's only 2 layers and ENIG. I only needed few GPIO, so I was able to fully route the nRF52840 on 2 layers (antenna and feedline are ofc matched for my stackup).

You can find some more infos (and a github link to the design resources) here: https://mpwr.xyz/projects/osprey.html
