Output Delay

Just a delay before voltage is applied to the output. A simple test however the relays cannot handle a capacitor charge up and weld together. But a resistor load up to 8 amps is fine. As always pcbway boards are of the finest quality, and can handle a 40 watt weller soldering iron to de-solder components. Without damage to the board a plus.
