PETG Phone Arm Brackets

The print was definitely great. Had some artifacts (stringing), but they did not affect the result in any bit. Those can be easily removed with a heat gun. There were no VFA's (annoying vertical lines that occur in consumer 3D printers). The smooth layer lines and lack of major defects suggest well-tuned print settings, with proper temperature control for PETG. The PETG was quite strong (note: only the rods with the hexagon pattern were from PCBWay made out of PETG). The rods have continued to hold up my phone - they do flex when I need them to (a bit of flex prevents cracking and immediate failure). Also, PCBWay has great customer service. The sales representative even asked me if they wanted the threads tapped or print in place. For this model, the threads were print in place (modeled in tolerance, of course), but PCBWay churned them out beautifully. They easily pair with my own 3D printed parts (out of the weaker material, PLA), which shows the versatility of their machines. Final Verdict:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Well-printed PETG parts with strong design and minimal defects. A great balance of strength and flexibility.
