Package was destroyed by DHL and was never delivered

The stencil was not delivered to me. DHL destroyed it. DHL told me that PCBway would have to file a claim to get the money from DHL. I need this stencil. Could you look into this matter please. Thank you. Eric package id: JD014600004421940298
