Power electronics board for inverter drive

This board was designed for a 2-level inverter drive, consisting of a total of three boards. The inverter drive was designed for a rating of 15kW and therefore a thick layer of copper was required. The 10 ounce per square foot thickness was selected for this project. The board was manufactured to my satisfaction. Even though some delays occurred due to an initial manufacturing error during the chinese new year, the agent responded quickly to my queries. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and service!
